He is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the company which provides computer sales and services including the building and installation of computer networks, workstations and servers. Prior to starting NPM, David spent several years developing technology products and computer companies. After starting Renie & Raymond, Inc. in 1991, David and his partner created a way for theme parks to capture, digitize and sell tapes to the guest of their experience on specific rides. This process was later patented and contracted to Busch Gardens in Florida. An earlier version of the video capture system also garnered contracts with the Air Force, Department of the Interior and several Las Vegas-area hotels.

In 1982, David started Elsafe Nevada, Inc., which imported and distributed personal electronic safes for the Nevada hotel industry. Having pioneered three critical telemetry systems used to transmit the status of the safe doors to a central computer located at hotel front desks, David created a way for hotels to substantiate insurance claims for theft by forcible entry. He personally contracted and located more than 10,000 safes in Las Vegas making him the single most unrecognized person responsible for eradicating room theft in Las Vegas before selling the company to the Elsafe factory in Norway in 1991.

David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1978. Having spent a great deal of time overseas in Spain, Italy, Wales and England, David is a world traveler. He is married with two daughters and now calls Las Vegas home.
